Robertson Trust was established by the Miss Robertson Sisters
in May 1961. Miss Elspeth, Miss Agnes and Miss Ethel Robertson
inherited, from their father William, a controlling interest
in Robertson & Baxter and Clyde Bonding Company now known
as The Edrington Group. In 1961

the funding for?
It
aims to fund projects that involve four priority areas which
are:
- Health
- Care
- Education &
Training
- Community Arts
& Sport
How much
money is available?
Amounts of upto
£5,000, for smaller grants, and £100, 000 for
captital grants
Who can
apply?
Any
organisation or group who:
- are based in
Scotland
- are non-profit making
- regisitered charity
When to
apply
At any time. The Trustees meet every two months usually in
May, July, September, November, January and March. Decisions
should be made within 3 months.
How to
apply
Send a letter of interest, detailing specifically the following;
• Description
of the project
• How have you identified the need for this work?
• What do you hope will be the outputs and outcomes
of this work?
• How do you intend to monitor and evaluate the work
so that you know whether or not you have been successful?
• What is the income and expenditure budget for this
piece of work?
• How you propose to fund the work?
• What is your proposed timetable?
