Family Fund
What is the funding for?
The Family Fund is the largest independent grant making organisation
helping families in the UK caring for severely disabled or
seriously ill children. Help is given in the form of grants
that must relate to the disabled child’s needs.
How much money is available?
Each case is looked at on its own merits.
Who can apply?
Families with a child or young person under the age of 15
who is severely disabled or seriously ill. The fund is open
to low income families who must be resident in the U.K. The
Fund cannot help where there is a responsibility on a statutory
agency to help with the requested item.
