How to apply
Applications
for a grant should be made by the parent or carer of the disabled
child or children. This should be the person who has parental
responsibility for the child and with whom the child lives.
Applications
should be made per family, so if you are making an application
on behalf of more than one severely disabled child, include
information on all the children you wish the Fund to consider
on the one application form at the same time.
