Action Earth in Scotland
NB The
2010 programme is open between March and the beginning of
July.
Action
Earth provides grants of up to £50 (funded by Morrisons)
to assist groups in England, Scotland and Wales in carrying
out environmental projects.
There
are also a limited number of £250 grants, only available
in Scotland and funded by Scottish Natural Heritage, specifically
intended for biodiversity projects.
What
is the funding for?
The Action
Earth Biodiversity Awards are designed to help groups of volunteers
take practical action to improve and create places for wildlife.
The £50
grant is for environmental projects.

When
to apply
There is a rolling programme for both funds with the final
applications considered on 7th July 2010. All projects must
be completed by 31st July 2010..
