This is an organisation set up by Aberdeenshire Council which considers grant applications from talented individuals and from clubs and organisations whose aims are in line with those of the Aberdeenshire Council Arts Plan.

Personal Development Grant

What is the funding for?
This grant enables individuals to expand their range of skills and to broaden their experience. This award is a commitment to lifelong learning.

How much money is available?
Up to £500 to cover 50% of costs. In exceptional circumstances the award may cover up to 100% of costs.

Who can apply?
Applicants must be at least 12 years old and must be able to demonstrate their commitment and be resident in Aberdeenshire North.

When to apply
At any time. Decisions are made by the grant committee every two months.
