which they are working to support healthier outcomes in the
UK. They believe one of the best ways they can do this is
to support grassroots projects at a community level.

is the funding for?
Projects
that clearly address a health inequality, that are based in
a deprived or marginalized community, targeting a specific
local area and can demonstrate a tangible impact on a defined
group of people

much money is available?
From £3k
to £50k.
Who
can apply?
Any statutory/voluntary
or community-led not for-profit organisation - preferably
with links to local health professionals based in Scotland,
Northern Ireland, Wales or England
