What is the funding for?
As well as providing funding for people and
projects through their Standard Project
Fund , theyre also interested in helping charities working
in Scotland develop. Their capacity building grants are designed
to help your organisation run as effectively as it can by
working with you to identify strengths and set out opportunities
for development. No matter what size of organisation you are,
their Independent Advisers can help you with:
governance
financial management
fundraising
resource and financial planning
information technology
communications
strategic development
staff development

Who can apply?
If you are a registered charity with an income
of less than £500,000 per annum. working in Scotland
you can apply. This programme has the same focus as the other
work of the Foundation: aiming to improve the quality of life
for people in Scotland.
